Scheduling reality
Glass is measured from the built condition, so partitions cannot be templated until track substrate, flooring and ceiling are complete. Building that two-to-three-week fabrication window into the schedule after finishes — rather than in parallel — is the single biggest driver of on-time glazing.
Single-mobilization strategy
Where the schedule is tight we can template in phases and install in one pass, provided each phase's finished conditions are locked. We will map that sequence with you at the pre-construction meeting.
